Gospel Parenting Seminar with Pastor Bob Kauflin

October 12, 2019
9:00am – 12:00pm
Location: 4700 Leeds Ave, El Paso, TX 79903
Join us and spend a morning learning from the wisdom of pastor Bob Kauflin. Bob is a songwriter, a worship leader, the director of Sovereign Grace Music, and author of two books. But more importantly, Bob is a father to six kids and grandfather to seventeen grandkids. He has spent most of his life teaching and singing about the gospel of Jesus but he's also passionate about helping parents see how that good news changes even the details of parenting.
The gospel is good news for weary parents, burdened parents, frustrated parents, and happy parents. It's good news for kids with tough hearts, tender hearts, and everything in between. Join us as we consider how and why it changes everything.

Recently Bob Kauflin did an interview with his wife Julie on parenting with The Apollos Project. Listen to the interview here. It's a great preview of what to expect in the seminar.
Childcare
Due to the length of the seminar, we are encouraging parents to find their own childcare for their children but we will be offering childcare for kids up to 6th grade on a limited basis, once we have reached our limit, signups for childcare will be closed. The deadline to sign up for childcare is Sunday, October 6 or earlier if necessary. Our goal is to provide childcare so that all parents can attend the seminar. However, because of the number of kids we may need some extra help. If you're attending the seminar alone, no need to volunteer to help with childcare. If you're a guest from another church, no need to volunteer to help. If you are desiring help with parenting and believe both spouses need to be together through the seminar, no need to volunteer to help. However, if you're attending the seminar with your spouse and you'd be willing to volunteer for just part of the seminar in childcare, please let us know! We do need a backup list of a few parents we can call on if the number of kids registered grows.
