Child Dedication is a public commitment made between parents and their children, before God and the church. By dedicating a child, a parent vows to follow God's plan in Scripture for raising their children and to lead their child to love and follow Jesus. At the same time, the church commits to supporting and encouraging the family in their commitment to Christ.
